Fun With Friends

This has been a very busy week, not only at the office, but also busy with activities almost every evening with friends. On the 24th, we enjoyed an evening with all of the Senior Missionaries in a fireside led by Jill Derr who presented poems by Eliza R. Snow, followed by singing of old pioneer trail songs. We all brought salads to share, and it was an enjoyable evening as we celebrated Pioneer Day.

The next evening we met the TLS theater directors at Ypsilon Cafe to finalize the Grimm Tale. Everything looks good for the production to open the week of December 7 at the International Theater. Exciting!

On Thursday evening, we went out to dinner with Claudia and Alain Cailler and Nicolas. They treated us to dinner at a wonderful Indian restaurant downtown. We took the Ubahn and had a great time with them.

On Friday we enjoyed a wonderful evening at the Temple with all of the Senior Missionaries. Then we all went out to dinner at Stadt Berlin.

On Saturday, we spent the whole day on a road trip along the Lahn and Rhine Rivers with our new friends, Don and Marsha Livingstone.

It was an enjoyable week that went by very quickly!
